He has performed valuations for many purposes including, but not limited to ad valorem tax, federal income tax compliance, leasing, purchase price allocation, insurance and financing. Mark has extensive experience in the determination of the fair market value of machinery and equipment, industrial real property, as well as entire operating facilities. Before that, he held the title of manager at the American Appraisal Associates. Prior to joining Kroll, Mark served as senior manager at Deloitte.
